ISEYA ONLINE will be closed for the New Year holidays, and orders and shipments will be handled as follows.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause over such a long period, and appreciate your understanding.


【New Year Holiday Period】 December 29 (Fri) - January 8 (Mon/Holiday)
【Business Reopening Date】 January 9 (Tue) (Note: Order processing only.)

 

【Important Notes】
* ISEYA ONLINE will continue to accept orders during the holiday period.
* We will not be able to respond to orders or inquiries during the holiday period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we will sequentially confirm and respond after business resumes.
* Please make inquiries to ISEYA ONLINE via email. For inquiries to other departments, please contact the respective departments. We will reply sequentially after the business reopening date.
Please be sure to include details such as the product number when making inquiries about products.
* We will not accept any complaints regarding requests or rules stated in this notice.
* Due to an increase in orders and inquiries during the holiday period, delays in responding after business resumes are expected.

About Product Shipping
*Year-end shipping will be for orders confirmed by December 26 (Tue).
Orders confirmed after December 27 (Wed) and orders placed during the holiday period will be processed and shipped sequentially from January 9 (Tue). We repeat that this will be a sequential process, so we cannot guarantee shipping on the business reopening date.

About Desired Delivery Dates for Orders Placed During the Period】                  *Please note that for orders placed between December 27, 2023 (Wed) and January 8, 2024 (Mon/Holiday), the desired delivery date can be specified as 'January 13 (Sat) or later.'                                  *For orders placed during the holiday period, shipping will be no earlier than January 10 (Wed). Delays in shipping and other services are expected due to increased volume and orders.
Even if you specify a date outside the allowed period in the remarks column, delivery will be made as 'not applicable, no specific date.'                      *Please refrain from specifying delivery requests such as 'as soon as possible' in the remarks column.
*During the year-end and New Year period, collection and delivery delays are expected, so delivery on the desired date may not be possible. Please understand this in advance.
※During the holiday period, due to an increase in orders, confirmation of inquiry details may be postponed. If requests for inquiries or cancellations are received after an order is placed, the product may be shipped before we can respond to your inquiry or request. We cannot accept cancellations for any reason after shipping, so please understand this before placing your order.

Notes on Credit Card Payments
* For credit card payments, we perform "attribute verification" for all customers. (※Please see the shopping guide for details.) Please make sure to enter the name, address, and phone number registered with your credit card company in the order information.
If the registered information does not match, shipping may be put on hold, and it may take longer to ship, so please understand this in advance.

Also, regarding shipping holds, we will notify you by email, so please be sure to enter an email address you use regularly and check emails from our store.

Notes on Bank Transfers
* For bank transfers, year-end shipping will be for orders where payment is confirmed by noon on December 26 (Tue). If you are unable to complete the payment within the period or if confirmation cannot be made, processing will be handled sequentially after the New Year. Please understand this in advance.

【Regarding customers who wish to pick up orders placed on ISEYA ONLINE at the store】                                
* If you wish to pick up your order at the store, please inquire with 'ISEYA ONLINE' in the remarks column of your order or via pre-inquiry to confirm if it is possible within the desired timeframe. Please note that it takes at least one day from placing an order until it is confirmed on ISEYA ONLINE. Also, please be aware that the operating hours and business days of the physical store and the online shop differ during normal business days and especially during year-end and New Year holidays, as they are separate departments. While it may take more time and communication than usual for processing, we kindly ask for your understanding and acceptance of these details. In some cases, if a request in the remarks column cannot be accommodated due to the schedule, we may, at our discretion, cancel the order. Please note that we cannot provide same-day pickup for orders.

*Please note that the store and the online shop have different operating staff and business days, so if you visit the store without prior notification from us about the pickup date, we will not be able to hand over the product. Please ensure that communication is completed before visiting the store or arranging for pickup.


* This service is originally intended for ordering, payment, and shipping completion through the online shop. Even for in-store pickup, there will be no discount on shipping fees.

* Our basic support is during weekdays, Monday to Friday business hours, but during the holiday period, no inquiries or post-order processing can be done. Also, the business reopening dates for the store and the online shop differ after the holidays, so we appreciate your understanding when making orders or inquiries.

Other Notes
* Although we have set the above-mentioned deadlines for year-end orders, we will make every effort to ship them within the year.
If you are placing an order with the intention of having it shipped after the New Year, please be sure to specify "New Year shipping desired" in the remarks column.

◆Earliest shipping date for bank transfers: Next business day after payment confirmation
※Please note that it may take time for your payment to be credited to our account on weekends and holidays. We cannot determine when the payment will be credited, as it depends on the financial institution you use.

◆Earliest shipping date for credit card payments and Pay series payments: Next business day after attribute confirmation and order confirmation
※Please note that it may take several days for attribute confirmation to be completed due to the business days of the credit card company.

In addition, there is a possibility of delays in arrival due to weather or the busy season of delivery companies,
If you are in a hurry or wish to specify a date and time, please consider the above information when placing your order.

Regarding Out of Stock Items
※Our store sells products both in a physical store and on multiple online shops. Orders may be placed at each store during the holiday period.
Inventory is not linked across each online shop, so even if an item is actually out of stock, it may still be available for order on another shop.
Orders will be prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis based on the earliest order date and time.
Therefore, if multiple orders are placed for the same item, we may contact you regarding an out-of-stock situation.
We apologize for any inconvenience or trouble this may cause, but we would appreciate it if you proceed with your order while considering the possibility that it may not be available for purchase.

Please note that inventory may become available again if a customer who was prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis declines their order due to unavoidable circumstances.
Even in such cases, we do not notify customers who were previously informed of an out-of-stock item when inventory becomes available again.
