Ordering and Stock
An automatic confirmation email will be sent after you place your order.
If you are paying by bank transfer, we will send you a separate email with bank details.
If there is any discrepancy in the attribute verification performed when you select credit card payment, we will contact you individually. For details on attribute verification, please refer to the section on payment.
In addition, if there are any special notifications, we will contact you separately via email. (Excluding regular holidays such as weekends and national holidays, and temporary closures such as during the New Year and Obon holidays.)
We do not send separate order confirmation emails.
We will send you an email once your order has been shipped.
After your order is complete, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from ISEYA ONLINE regarding your order details. Please review your order details carefully.
If you do not receive an email, it is possible that your order was not completed or that your email settings are preventing you from receiving emails from ISEYA ONLINE.
If you have domain restrictions or reception blocking settings enabled, please check and modify them accordingly.

If you have any questions, please contact us by email.
After an order has been placed, you cannot change the orderer or shipping address, payment method, amount of points used, or the products ordered. If you wish to change your order details, please cancel all orders and place a new order.
In such cases, please contact ISEYA ONLINE by email.
Our products are sold at our physical store and on multiple shopping websites. Therefore, depending on the timing of your order, the product's stock status may not be reflected.
Consequently, we may accept orders even if the item is actually out of stock.
After the e-commerce department begins operations, we may send you an out-of-stock notification and cancel your order during the stock confirmation process.
We sincerely apologize, but in such cases, we will be unable to deliver the product.
We kindly ask for your understanding.
If you received a cancellation notification for your order from our shop for reasons other than out-of-stock, the following reasons may apply:
・The name of the orderer and the credit card holder do not match.
・You are using an overseas-issued credit card.
・The delivery address matches (or partially matches) an address previously used for fraudulent orders.
・Incomplete input of the shipping address (e.g., no street number).
・Order confirmation email could not be sent to the email address.
・You are using a disposable email address.
・You are using an unconventional email address domain.
・Our shop received an instruction from the card payment agency to [STOP] product delivery or [SUSPEND] service provision for some reason.
*If there are any suspicious circumstances, we may ask you to verify the identity of the orderer.
*If any of the above reasons apply, we may, at our discretion, cancel your order.
*When placing another order, we may limit the payment method to bank transfer.
Even if you are not satisfied with the cancellation for the reasons stated above, we cannot reverse the decision.
Even if you contact us by email or phone, we may not be able to provide details due to personal information protection.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but as our shop handles products with high convertibility, we kindly ask for your understanding.
About Payment Methods
ISEYA ONLINE offers a total of eight payment methods: Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Paidy Post-Pay, Convenience Store Payment, Rakuten Pay, PayPay, au Pay, and Merpay.

It takes approximately 2-3 business days to get the results.

※The name, address, and phone number you provide for attribute verification will only be used for attribute verification. Products will be sent to the "address specified as the shipping address at the time of order".
※If you wish to have the product sent to an address "other than the shipping address specified at the time of order", such as an address provided for attribute verification, please clearly state this and notify us as soon as possible.
※Please be aware that if the shipping address is changed after shipping, a separate forwarding fee (to be paid by the customer) will be incurred. The forwarding fee will vary depending on the size of the package and the forwarding location.
※Attribute verification takes time to complete. If you are in a hurry, we recommend using other payment methods.
※On Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and seasonal breaks, credit card companies are closed, so verification may occur on the next business day. In this case, please be aware that shipping may take longer.
※We cannot accept deliveries to accommodations such as hotels, delivery company centers, or forwarding service providers.
※Even after the shipping completion email has been sent, we may cancel shipping or your order based on a report from the card company. In such cases, we apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you select another payment method and reorder.
※Order details cannot be changed after the order is completed, so if you wish to change the payment method, your order will be cancelled once.
※Some customers may aggressively contact us by phone regarding attribute verification. We will report malicious users to the management as needed. Please understand this before placing your order.
※We are unable to confirm your credit card usage limit, as it is set by the customer or the credit card company. For details, please contact your credit card company.
※For installment and revolving payments, fees prescribed by the card issuing company will apply. For details, please contact your credit card company.
※Please enter the card type, expiration date, and cardholder name in the card information input field.
※Overseas-issued credit cards cannot be used for identity (attribute) verification, so please select another payment method.
※Please note in advance that if approval cannot be obtained from the card issuing company regarding your credit card usage, we will refuse your order.
※If the name, address, phone number, etc. registered on your card have been used for past fraudulent activities, we may cancel your order at our discretion.
【Remarks】
・If your credit card cannot be used due to your usage status or other reasons, ISEYA ONLINE will guide you to change your credit card information or payment method, or cancel your order.
・If you do not change your credit card information or payment method within 5 days after being guided to do so, ISEYA ONLINE will cancel your order. However, depending on our judgment (e.g., for popular products), the cancellation may occur before the 5-day period. In such cases, we will inform you of the deadline set by us in advance via email, so please be aware of this.
※We do not accept overseas-issued cards. Please use a credit card issued in Japan under the name of the person who placed the order.
※Credit cards with a different name from the customer information entered at the time of order cannot be used.
※If you have a history of orders being automatically cancelled by the system on our other marketplaces (mainly Rakuten Ichiba), we will not be able to accept your order on this site either.
If you have ever had an order automatically cancelled, any subsequent orders will also be cancelled.
Even if you place an order with a changed name or shipping address, we may cancel the order at our discretion.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding.
・We will send you an email with details of the bank transfer destination. (Excluding regular holidays such as weekends, and temporary closures such as New Year's holidays and Obon)
・Please do not make a bank transfer until you have confirmed that the item is in stock.
In the unlikely event that you make a bank transfer without confirming stock availability and the ordered item is out of stock, any fees incurred for the refund will be borne by the customer.
【Remarks】
・After placing your order, ISEYA ONLINE will send you an email with payment instructions.
・Please make the payment within 3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the day after you receive notification of the bank transfer destination.
・In the unlikely event that you cannot make the payment by the deadline, please inform us of your new scheduled payment date in advance. We may refuse extensions for long periods. Please re-order when you are able to make the payment.
・If payment is received after the deadline and the item is already out of stock, the refund fee will be borne by the customer.
Depending on when you process the bank transfer, it may take some time for the payment to be reflected in our account. Please contact your financial institution for details regarding the exact time of deposit. If there is a possibility that the payment to our account will be delayed, please inform us in advance.
・We will begin preparing for shipping after confirming your payment status.
・Payment confirmations are made after 3:00 PM on weekdays. Payment confirmation is handled by a separate department, so we cannot change the payment confirmation time or product shipping time to accommodate your schedule.
・Since our shipping pick-up time is around 1:00 PM, shipments will be made on the next business day or later after the payment confirmation date. Same-day shipping is not possible.
・If an order is canceled without payment, or if we do not receive payment or any communication by the specified deadline, we may consider it a prank order and refuse future transactions.
・Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
※Please make the payment from an account in the name of the person who placed the order. If payment is made under a name other than the orderer, we may not be able to confirm the payment. If you have not informed us in advance, shipping may be delayed.
【What is Paidy?】
No credit card or pre-registration required.
You can start shopping immediately with just your email address and mobile phone number.
No matter how many times you shop in a month, payments are consolidated into one payment the following month.
Please pay by the 10th of the following month via convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit.
【How to Use】
① Select "Postpaid (Paidy)" as your payment method and enter your email address and mobile phone number.
② Enter the 4-digit authentication code sent via SMS to complete your purchase.

【About Convenience Store Payments】
You can pay at "7-Eleven," "Lawson," "FamilyMart," "MINISTOP," and "Seicomart."
The maximum shopping amount is 299,999 yen (tax included).
*If you wish to purchase items exceeding this amount, please consider other payment methods. In the unlikely event that you order an item over 300,000 yen using convenience store payment, the order will be canceled.
【About Payment Deadline】
Due to site specifications, if payment is not received within "72 hours" at the convenience store, the order will be automatically canceled. Therefore, we will allow a "3-day" grace period from the time we send the payment request email.
If the grace period is exceeded, the order will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
If it is difficult to make payment within 3 days, please include a message in the "remarks column" when placing your order, and we will accommodate you as much as possible.
Note: Please be aware that orders that are canceled due to non-payment will not be accepted for re-order to prevent mischief.
Fees will be borne by the customer at each convenience store. Please make your payment accordingly.

Rakuten Pay is a service that allows Rakuten members to make online payments on sites other than Rakuten Group.
With Rakuten Pay, you can make smooth payments using the credit card information you normally use, and you can also use and earn Rakuten Points.
How to pay with Rakuten Pay

au PAY (online payment) is a service that allows you to make payments from your pre-charged au PAY balance (virtual prepaid account).

Merpay Usage Guide (Online Payment)
Merpay (Online Payment) is a service that allows you to pay using your Merpay balance, a registered bank account, or a MerCard through the smartphone payment service "Merpay."
You can use the service smoothly by registering with the Mercari app and charging the necessary amount to your Merpay balance.

Hokkaido 900 yen, areas outside Hokkaido 1,500 yen
*Customers purchasing products totaling 100,000 yen (including tax) or more will receive free shipping.
【Regarding Various Fees】
*Please note that customers are responsible for any fees incurred during bank transfers or other payment methods.
Orders are shipped only on weekdays and business days, and we do not offer same-day shipping. It generally takes "about 2-3 business days" from order confirmation until arrival.
For orders paid by credit card, it takes about 2-3 business days for the attribute confirmation results to be issued, so it will take several days for order confirmation and shipping. For details on attribute confirmation, please refer to the credit card section under payment methods.
Sagawa Express is our only shipping carrier, and customers cannot specify a different shipping company.
Additionally, there have been frequent instances of long-term absence, refusal to receive, and unauthorized cancellations after orders are placed. As stated in our usage guide, if such actions are confirmed, we will charge for round-trip shipping fees, handling fees, and other miscellaneous expenses, refuse future transactions, and report the incident to affiliated companies. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivery date selection: 2 days after the purchase date ~
Available delivery period: 10 days from the above specified delivery date
Example: If purchased on 5/31, you can specify a period from 6/3 to 6/13.

Shipments for ordered products are processed only on weekdays during business hours, and we do not offer same-day shipping. Customers cannot request or specify a shipping date. Please refrain from making inquiries such as "Why can't you ship the same day?" as these will disrupt our operations.
The only shipping carrier available is Sagawa Express; customers cannot specify a different shipping company.
Furthermore, we have seen a frequent occurrence of long-term absences, refusal to accept delivery, and unauthorized cancellations after orders are placed. As stated in our Usage Guide, if such actions are confirmed, we will charge for round-trip shipping, handling fees, and other related expenses, refuse future transactions, and report the matter to affiliated companies. We appreciate your understanding.
If the name on the signboard at the designated delivery address does not match the name in the delivery address information, please add "name on the signboard" at the end of the address.
Example: If the name to be written on the delivery slip is "Iseya" and the name on the signboard at the residence is "Suzuki"

*If the name on the delivery slip and the name on the signboard do not match, the delivery will be put on hold, as it will be assumed that "no one with this name lives at this address."
Our store does not offer unattended delivery service.
If you write "Please leave the package at the front door if I am not home" or similar in the remarks column when placing your order, we will not be able to accommodate your request and will proceed with standard delivery.
Additionally, even if such instructions are written in the delivery address or name fields, we will remove that line.
If you are personally using an unattended delivery service, please clearly state this in the remarks column or similar.
If there are any unclear parts in your instructions, your shipment may be delayed due to verification or other procedures.
Please also note that we bear no responsibility whatsoever for theft, damage, or scratches to packages that occur as a result of using unattended delivery (or even if they were already damaged).
As our store handles many high-value items, we kindly ask for your understanding.
Regarding Delivery Time Slots

In the unlikely event that you specify a delivery address with only the street address, without including a hotel or hospital name, and we determine there is a possibility it is a temporary residence or accommodation, shipping may be put on hold. If the specified hotel or hospital is your workplace, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please clearly state this in the remarks section.

Available delivery period: 10 days from the above specified delivery date
Example: If purchased on May 31, you can specify a period from June 5 to June 15.
※We ship as quickly as possible, but we do not offer same-day shipping. Customers cannot specify the shipping date.
※Even if you write a date outside the available period in the remarks section, we will not be able to accommodate it. In such cases, we will need to confirm with the customer, which may cause delays in shipping.
You will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs associated with cancellations due to specifying an unreasonable desired date. Shipping costs will apply even during free shipping campaigns.

About Your Receipt
The "Statement of Account" issued by each card company will serve as your receipt.
The "payment receipt" issued at the time of your bank transfer will serve as your official receipt.
Your statement will serve as your receipt.
In the remarks column when placing your order, please enter "Receipt request" and the desired "Recipient name and itemized description." By requesting a receipt, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms.
* For bank transfers, receipts will be issued after payment has been confirmed.
* We do not issue receipts with itemized descriptions for anything other than the ordered products, nor do we issue receipts with blank recipient names or generic recipient names such as "To Whom It May Concern."
* The receipts issued by our store will not have revenue stamps affixed and will indicate the payment method in the itemized description.
About cancellations, returns, exchanges, and cooling-off periods
Please note that we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience. We kindly ask you to carefully read the product description, thoroughly consider, and fully understand the product before placing an order.
We also cannot accept returns due to reasons such as incorrect sizing, so please confirm the size carefully before ordering.
Our products are pre-owned items. While we strive to accurately convey the impression of the actual item, it is not always possible to describe every existing flaw.
We appreciate your understanding of the nature of pre-owned goods.
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience. Therefore, please read the details carefully, consider them thoroughly, and make sure you understand them before placing your order.
While we take every precaution with product quality and delivery methods, in the unlikely event of any of the following:
・Product damage or malfunction
・Receiving an item different from what you ordered
If you find any issues that you believe are our fault, please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving the product.
Our store primarily deals in used items, and most of them are one-of-a-kind (each with a different condition), so we cannot accept exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
If a refund is processed, the money will be transferred to your designated account within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, temporary closures, etc.) after confirmation of the item's arrival. For credit card payments and various Pay series, refunds will not be made via bank transfer; instead, the card company may apply the refund as an offset in the following month or later. We appreciate your understanding.
"Cooling-off" is a system applied to door-to-door sales and similar transactions. Currently, there is no obligation to apply cooling-off to mail-order sales.
At our store, we facilitate customers' purchasing decisions by providing detailed product information and setting up an inquiry desk, thereby confirming your intent to purchase in advance. Therefore, the cooling-off system does not apply.
Watch Sizing/Jewelry
At our store, we only offer watch band size adjustments if the desired size is smaller than the listed wrist circumference. For all jewelry items, we do not accept size adjustments or other special requests.
When ordering a watch, please specify "desired wrist circumference" in the notes field. We will adjust the watch to a size as close as possible to your request and ship it to you.

Regarding our in-house watch warranty
At Iseya, we offer our own unique warranty to customers who purchase a wristwatch from us.
The warranty details vary depending on the product and rank, so please check the product details section on each wristwatch's product page for more information.
Warranty Period: N, S ranks - 1 year / Other ranks - 6 months
Warranty Coverage: Regardless of whether it's quartz or automatic, if 'a malfunction such as a delay or stop occurs in the internal mechanism despite normal use', we will carry out repair or adjustment free of charge at an external repair center after confirming that the issue occurred within the warranty period from the date of purchase.
Examples of exclusions from the warranty are as follows:
* Malfunctions or damage to external parts such as the crown, strap, case, or glass
* Damage caused by external factors such as magnetism, water immersion, or disaster
* Malfunctions of external parts due to age-related changes or deterioration that occur during use
* Malfunctions caused by reasons other than our company, such as repair history at other stores or modifications
* Cases where we determine that it is not covered, such as bringing in by someone other than the purchaser, loss of the warranty card, or alteration of the date

Regarding Our Product Grading System: Below is a list of our product grades. These are our own unique standards for pre-owned items, so please use them as a reference only.
N New old stock.
S Unused, as good as new.
SA Pre-owned item, almost like new. In very good condition.
A Very little signs of use; scratches and dirt are not noticeable.
AB Scratches and dirt are slightly more noticeable than grade A pre-owned items.
B Item with minor to moderate scratches and signs of use.
C Item with numerous noticeable scratches and signs of use. There are no issues with functionality.
Please note: The condition of accessories may be on par with the product's condition or have damage corresponding to its grade. Minor damage may not be listed. Thank you for your understanding.
