◆Regarding out of stock items
※Our products are sold at our physical store and on multiple shopping sites, so the stock status of products may not be reflected depending on the timing of your order.
Therefore, we may accept orders even if the item is actually out of stock.
In the event of a stockout, we will contact you after the start of business hours of the mail order division, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
◆Regarding in-store pickup
※If you wish to pick up in-store, please be sure to make an appointment in advance. The store and online shop are separate departments and have different business hours, so please understand that it may take longer than usual to respond and communicate with you.
※Even if you wish to pick up in-store after placing an order on the online shop, payment at the store is not possible.
※From the end of business on Friday until the start of business on the next business day (Monday), we will not be able to confirm or reply to orders and inquiries on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
・Basic support is available during business hours from Monday to Friday (weekdays). From the end of business on Friday (weekday) until the start of business on the following Monday (weekday), we will not be able to confirm or reply to orders and inquiries.
・The operating staff for the store and online shop are different, and business days may also differ. Therefore, if you visit the store without receiving a notification from us regarding the possible pickup date, we may not be able to hand over the product on your desired date or we may not be aware of your order.
・We will send you an email notifying you of the possible pickup date, so please make sure to visit the store on or after the possible pickup date.
