*Please note that the timing of order confirmation is at the discretion of the store.
*Orders for which the order confirmation email has not been sent by 5/2, and orders placed during the Golden Week holiday period, will be shipped sequentially starting from 5/8, but we cannot guarantee shipping on 5/8.
*We cannot accommodate urgent requests. Even if you include such requests in the remarks column or contact us via additional inquiries, we may not be able to respond, or there may be significant delays due to holds.
[Regarding order reception/inquiries]
・Orders will be accepted 24 hours a day during the holiday period, but responses will only be made during our business days and hours.
・We will not be able to reply to inquiries during the holiday period, so we cannot guarantee against situations such as products selling out while waiting for a reply. If you have any questions, please contact us as soon as possible.
・For inquiries, please contact us via email or ISEYA official LINE. (*When making inquiries about products, please be sure to include the product number. If you have multiple questions, please list them together.)
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we will not be able to respond to any requests during the holiday period. We appreciate your understanding.
[Regarding product shipping]
・Regarding shipping before the holidays, we will only ship items for which orders/payments are confirmed by 5/2 (Fri) morning. After that, we will follow the schedule above. Please note that even if you place an order by 5/2 (Fri), the order may not be confirmed by 5/2 depending on the payment method or credit card company attribute verification. *Order confirmation does not mean the customer has completed the order, but rather that we have completed inventory confirmation, attribute verification for credit card payments, deposit confirmation for bank transfers, and other payment method verifications, and that the order is ready for shipping.
・We do not offer same-day shipping. If you wish to have your order shipped before the long holiday, please complete your order and payment by at least 5/1 (Thu) to allow for sufficient delivery time.
During Golden Week, we anticipate a high volume of orders and potential delays in collection and delivery.
Please be aware that delivery on your desired date may not be possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Please note that if you specify a delivery date in the remarks column that cannot be selected, the order will proceed with that specification being invalid. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
If you wish for the shortest delivery, please place your order without specifying a delivery date.
If both a desired delivery date is specified and "shortest delivery" is indicated, we may not be able to determine which to prioritize, and there is a possibility that communication or order processing may be put on hold due to high volume.
[Regarding out of stock items]
*We sell products both in our physical store and on multiple online shops. Orders may be placed from each shop during the holiday period.
Since inventory is not linked between shops, even if a product is actually out of stock, it may still be available for order on another shop.
Orders will be prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the earliest order date and time.
Therefore, if multiple customers place an order for the same product, we may contact you regarding an out-of-stock situation.
We apologize for any inconvenience or trouble this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Please note that in unavoidable circumstances, such as payment issues for the first-come, first-served customer causing an order to be canceled, the product may become available again.
In such cases, we do not notify customers who were previously informed of the out-of-stock situation about the item becoming available again.
