◆Regarding out-of-stock items
*Our products are also sold at our physical store and on multiple shopping sites, so the stock status of products may not be reflected depending on the timing of your order.
Therefore, we may accept orders even if there is no stock.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you after the mail-order division opens for business, so we appreciate your understanding.
◆Regarding in-store pickup
*If you wish to pick up in-store, please be sure to make an appointment in advance. Please note that the store and online shop are separate departments with different business hours, so it may take longer and require more communication than usual to assist you.
*If you place an order on the online shop and wish to pick it up in-store, payment at the store is not possible.
*From the end of business on Friday until the start of business on the next business day (weekends and holidays), we will not be able to confirm or reply to orders and inquiries.
・Basic support will be available during business hours from Monday to Friday (weekdays). From the end of business on Friday (weekday) until the start of business on Monday (weekday) of the following week, we will not be able to confirm or reply to orders and inquiries.
・The operating staff of the store and the ONLINE shop are different, and their business days may also differ, so even if you visit us without receiving notification of a possible pickup date from us, there is a possibility that we will not be able to hand over the product on your desired date or that we are not aware of your order.
・We will send you an email notifying you of the possible pickup date, so please be sure to visit us after the possible pickup date.
