We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we will not be able to confirm or reply to orders or inquiries until the start of business on Monday after a holiday.
・The operating staff for the store and the online shop are different, and their business days may also differ. Therefore, if you visit us before receiving notification from us regarding your pickup date, we may not be able to hand over your product on your desired date, or we may not even be aware of your order.
・We will send you an email confirming your pickup date, so please make sure to visit us only after you have received this notification.
