◆Regarding in-store pickup
Please be sure to make an appointment in advance. The store and online shop are separate departments with different business hours, so please understand that it may take more time and communication than usual to respond to your request.
*After business hours on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and Fridays, we will not be able to confirm or reply to orders and inquiries until the start of business on the next business day.
If you visit the physical store without receiving a notification of the pickup date from us, there is a possibility that your item cannot be handed over on your desired date, or that your order itself has not been confirmed. The physical store and online shop have partially different business days, so customers who placed an order through the online shop will be sent an email notification of the pickup date. Please be sure to visit us after the designated pickup date.

*Accidents may occur due to delivery companies, multiple malls operated by our company, weather conditions, etc. We strive for prompt service, but depending on the situation, delivery may not be on the desired date or time.
