Obon Holiday Closure Notice


Thank you for always using ISEYA ONLINE.

ISEYA ONLINE and our physical stores will be closed for the Obon holiday period as follows.
Orders and shipping will also follow the information below.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.


[Obon Holiday Period] Online Store: August 10 (Sat) - August 18 (Sun)

         Physical Store: August 10 (Sat) - August 15 (Thu)


[Business Reopening Date]  Online Store: August 19 (Mon) ~

         Physical Store: August 16 (Fri) ~


Our online shop accepts orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We will not be able to respond to telephone inquiries during or outside of the holiday period, so please refrain from calling.
Please make inquiries using the "Inquire by Email" button on the product page.
We will reply in order after business resumes.
Please be sure to include the product number when making inquiries.
*During the holiday period, the number of orders and inquiries will increase, so delays in response are expected.
*As we operate with a small staff, please use email for inquiries, not phone.
*During the period, there is a possibility that items may be out of stock before we can confirm and reply to your inquiry.We apologize for this, but we operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so we appreciate your understanding.

[Regarding Product Shipping]
The last shipment before the Obon holiday period will be on August 8 (Thu).
Orders eligible for shipping on August 8 (Thu) will be limited to those for which order confirmation was provided by August 7 (Wed).
It takes a very long time to get the results of credit card attribute checks. If you place an order with credit card payment by August 5 (Mon), there is a high possibility that it can be shipped before Obon, but we cannot guarantee shipment before Obon.
Orders for which confirmation is received during business hours before our consecutive holidays, from August 8 (Thu) onwards, will be shipped sequentially from August 20 (Tue). Please check the schedule and place your order accordingly.

[Regarding desired delivery dates for orders placed during the period]
Orders placed during the holiday period will be shipped from August 20 (Tue) at the earliest, but we cannot guarantee shipment on August 20 (Tue). Delays in shipping and other responses are expected.
If there are unclear parts, such as a discrepancy between the desired date selected at the time of order and the desired date written in the remarks column, further delays may occur due to confirmation exchanges with the customer. Please be aware of this in advance.
Considering our business days and busy periods, we will ship as soon as possible, so please refrain from writing "shortest desired".

*Due to situations such as long holidays and weather, delays in collection and delivery may occur, so delivery may not be possible on the desired delivery date. Please be aware of this in advance.

[※Important Notes on Credit Card Payments※]
For credit card payments, please be sure to enter the name, address, and phone number registered with your card company when entering your order information.
We will conduct an attribute check, so if there is any discrepancy between the information provided at the time of order and the information registered with the card company, shipping may be withheld. We appreciate your understanding in advance. Currently, it may take several days to receive the results of the attribute check. We recommend placing your order as early as possible.

Also, regarding the withholding of shipments, we will notify you by email, so please be sure to enter an email address you use regularly and check emails from us.
Email is an important means of communication for online sales, so please refrain from complaints such as "I didn't check my email."

[※Important Notes on Bank Transfers※]
Shipments before the Obon holiday will be limited to orders for which payment has been confirmed by August 7 (Wed).

[※Other Important Notes※]
*While we have set the above deadlines for orders during the Obon period, we will do our best to ship them before Obon. If you are placing an order expecting shipment after Obon, please be sure to clearly state "Desired shipment after Obon" in the remarks column.
Customers who are in a hurry or wish to specify a date and time for delivery are kindly requested to consider the above information and place their orders as early as possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

[Regarding Out of Stock Items]
*We sell products both in our physical store and on multiple online shops. Orders may be placed at each store during the holiday period.
Inventory is not linked across each online shop, so even if an item is actually out of stock, it may still appear available for order on another shop.
We prioritize orders from customers who placed their order earlier, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Therefore, if multiple orders are placed for the same product, we may contact you regarding an out-of-stock situation.
We apologize for any inconvenience or trouble this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Please note that in unavoidable circumstances, such as when a customer who ordered first is unable to finalize payment, the order may be canceled and stock may become available again.
In such cases, we do not notify customers who were previously informed of an out-of-stock situation that the item is back in stock.
We appreciate your understanding.

[Inquiries that cannot be answered]
We do not offer individual discounts outside of sales prices during sales periods. Please refrain from making such inquiries as we cannot consider them.
If you do inquire about a discount, the reply will be "discounts are not possible." While we will do our best to respond, such inquiries will be given lower priority.
