◆Regarding in-store pickup
Please make an appointment in advance. The store and online shop are separate departments with different business hours, so please understand that it may take longer than usual to respond and exchange communications. Please note that we cannot confirm or reply to orders or inquiries after business hours on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and Fridays until the start of business on the next business day.

If you visit the physical store without receiving confirmation from us regarding the pick-up date, there is a possibility that we may not be able to hand over the product on your desired date or may not even be aware of your order. Please note that the business days of the physical store and the online shop differ in part. Therefore, for customers who order from the online shop, we will send an email confirming the pick-up date, so please make sure to visit after the confirmed pick-up date.

Please note that accidents may occur due to delivery companies, multiple malls operated by our company, weather conditions, etc. We always strive to respond promptly, but depending on the situation, delivery may not be on the desired date or time.
