
Shipping during Golden Week

[Business Resumption] May 6th (Fri) --- Order confirmation only on May 6th & 7th / No shipping
[Sequential Shipping Begins] May 9th (Mon) --- Orders for which the order confirmation email was sent by May 7th will be shipped sequentially
We accept orders 24 hours a day even during the holiday period.
Telephone inquiries will not be handled during the above period. We will only accept email inquiries.

We will only respond to email inquiries after business resumes after the holiday period. Thank you for your understanding.

[Regarding product shipping]
Regarding shipping before Golden Week, orders confirmed by April 27th (Wed) will be shipped on April 28th (Thu). After that, we will respond as described above. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that even if you place an order by April 26th (Tue), it is not guaranteed that the order will be confirmed by the 27th.
While we do not offer same-day shipping, cash on delivery is the fastest payment method for shipping.
If you wish for pre-holiday shipping, please place your order using cash on delivery by April 26th (Tue).
During Golden Week, we typically receive a high volume of orders, and delays in collection and delivery are expected due to congestion.
Please understand that we may not be able to deliver on your requested delivery date.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
[Example of desired delivery date]
If you place an order on April 22nd (Fri), the earliest possible delivery date is April 29th (Fri).
If you place an order between April 27th (Thu) and May 9th (Mon), the earliest possible delivery date is May 16th (Mon).
*Excluding April 28th to May 9th, you can specify a delivery date between 5 and 10 days from the order date. Please note that if you specify a date that cannot be selected as a desired delivery date in the remarks column or elsewhere, it will be considered invalid and your order will be processed accordingly.
[Regarding out-of-stock items]
*Our store sells products both in-store and through multiple online shops. Orders may be placed at each store during the holiday period.
Since inventory is not linked between each online shop, a product may appear available for order on one shop even if it is actually out of stock.
Orders will be prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the earliest order date and time.
Therefore, if multiple orders are placed for the same product, we may contact you regarding an out-of-stock situation.
We apologize for any inconvenience or trouble this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Please note that in some cases, inventory may become available again if a prioritized customer for unavoidable reasons declines their order.
Even in such cases, we do not notify customers who were previously informed of an out-of-stock situation that the item is back in stock.
