Based on a change in Sagawa Express's regulations,
ISEYA ONLINE will charge an additional "delivery fee of 50,000 yen" for products priced at 500,000 yen or more paid by cash on delivery, effective for "shipments from November 1, 2021."
Please note that for cash on delivery orders, we will continue to provide the same guidance and service for "orders confirmed on or before October 28, 2021 (Thursday)."
From the 29th onward, we will apply the new regulations and charge a delivery fee.
