*The timing of order finalization is at the discretion of the store. If you wish to have your order shipped before the holiday, please place your order by April 17 (Mon).
*After the GW holiday, orders for which a confirmation email was sent by April 28 will be shipped sequentially.
*Orders for which a confirmation email was not sent by April 28, and orders placed during the GW holiday period, will be shipped sequentially from May 10 onwards, but we cannot guarantee shipping on May 10.
*We cannot accommodate urgent requests. Even if you make a note in the remarks section or contact us with additional inquiries, we may not be able to respond, or there may be significant delays in our response.

【Order/Inquiry Response】
・Orders are accepted 24 hours a day during the closed period, but responses will only be made during our business days and hours.
・We will not be able to reply to inquiries during the closed period, so we do not guarantee against items selling out while awaiting a reply. If you have any questions, please inquire as soon as possible.
・Regarding inquiries, as we operate with a small staff, we do not accept phone inquiries during the closed period. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us via email or ISEYA official LINE. (*When inquiring about products, please always specify the product number. If you have multiple questions, please list them together.)

【About Product Shipping】
・Regarding shipping before the holiday, we will only process orders/payments confirmed by April 27 (Thu). After that, we will follow the schedule mentioned above. Please be aware that even if an order is placed by April 26 (Wed), it may not be confirmed by the 27th depending on the payment method or credit card company's attribute verification.
*Order confirmation does not mean the completion of your order, but rather that our store has completed inventory confirmation, attribute verification for credit card payments, deposit confirmation for bank transfers, and other payment method verifications, making the order ready for shipping.

・We do not offer same-day shipping. If you wish to have your order shipped before the long holiday, please place your order and make payment by at least the 26th (Wed). If you wish to ensure shipping before GW, please place your order by April 17 (Mon). We anticipate a high volume of orders and potential delays in collection and delivery during the GW period every year.
Please understand in advance that we may not be able to deliver on your requested delivery date.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

【Example of Requested Delivery Date】
Order Date: April 21 (Fri) → Earliest Possible Delivery Date: April 28 (Fri)
Order Date: April 28 (Fri) - May 8 (Mon) → Earliest Possible Delivery Date: May 15 (Mon)

※Excluding April 28 - May 8, you can specify a delivery date between 5 and 10 days from your order date. Please note that if you specify a date that cannot be selected as a preferred delivery date in the remarks section, your order will proceed with that request deemed invalid.
If you wish for the earliest delivery, please place your order without specifying a preferred delivery date.
If both a preferred delivery date is specified and "earliest delivery desired" is noted, we may not be able to determine which to prioritize, and communication may be delayed due to high volume.

【About Out of Stock Items】
※Our store sells products both in physical stores and multiple online shops. Orders may be placed from each shop during the closed period.

Since inventory is not linked across each shop, an item that is actually out of stock may still be available for order on another shop.
We will prioritize orders on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the earliest order date and time.
Therefore, if multiple customers place orders for the same product, we may contact you regarding an out-of-stock situation.
We apologize for any inconvenience or trouble this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

In some unavoidable circumstances, such as when payment fails for a prioritized customer, an order may be canceled and inventory may become available again.
Even in such cases, we do not notify customers who were previously informed of an out-of-stock situation about the replenishment of stock.

※No services can be provided during the closed period. When placing orders or making inquiries, please allow sufficient time and understand the information provided in our notice.
