◆ Regarding In-Store Pickup
*If you wish to pick up in-store, please be sure to make an appointment in advance. The store and online shop are separate departments with different business hours, so please understand that it may take longer than usual to respond and communicate with you.
*On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, and after business hours on Fridays, we cannot confirm or reply to orders or inquiries until the start of business on the next business day.
・Basic support will be provided during business hours on weekdays (Monday-Friday), but during the GW holiday period, we will not be able to process any inquiries or post-order procedures. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation as we will not be able to confirm or reply to orders or inquiries until the start of business on Monday after the holidays.
・The operating staff for the store and the online shop are different, and their business days may also differ. Therefore, if you visit the store without receiving a notification from us about the pickup availability date, we may not be able to hand over the product on your desired date or may not even be aware of your order.
・We will send you an email with the pickup availability date, so please make sure to visit the store after the specified date.
