*During the closure period, we will have days for order confirmation, so we may process orders, contact customers, and perform shipping tasks. However, we cannot accommodate urgent or special requests.
*Please understand that the timing of order confirmation is at the discretion of the store.
*Orders for which the order confirmation email was not sent by April 26 and orders received during the GW closure period are scheduled to be shipped sequentially from May 9 onwards, but shipping on May 9 is not guaranteed.
*We cannot accommodate urgent requests. Even if you include such requests in the remarks section or make additional inquiries, we may not be able to respond, or there may be significant delays due to the request being put on hold.
[Regarding Order/Inquiry Handling]
・Orders are accepted 24 hours a day during the closure period, but responses will only be made during our business days and hours.
・We cannot reply to inquiries during the closure period, so we cannot guarantee against items selling out while waiting for a reply. If you have any questions, please inquire as early as possible.
・Regarding inquiries, since we operate with a small staff, we do not accept inquiries by phone. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us by email or through ISEYA's official LINE. (*Please be sure to include the product number when making inquiries about products. If you have multiple questions, please list them all together.)
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as we cannot provide any support during the closure period, and we appreciate your understanding.
[Regarding Product Shipping]
・Regarding shipping before the closure, we will only process orders/payments confirmed by April 25 (Thu). After that, we will follow the schedule above. Please be aware that even if you place an order by April 24 (Wed), it may not be confirmed by the 25th depending on the payment method or credit card company's attribute check.
* "Order confirmed" does not mean that the customer has completed the order, but rather that our store has completed inventory confirmation, attribute check for credit card payments, deposit confirmation for bank transfers, and other payment method confirmations, and the order is ready for shipment.
・We do not offer same-day shipping. If you wish to receive your order before the holidays, please place your order and make payment by at least the 24th (Wed).
During the Golden Week period, we typically receive a large number of orders, and delays in collection and delivery are expected.
Please be aware that delivery may not be possible on your desired delivery date.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Please note that if you specify a delivery date that cannot be selected in the remarks section, etc., your order will be processed with that specification being invalid. Please understand this in advance.
If you wish for the earliest delivery, please place your order without specifying a delivery date.
If both a desired delivery date and a request for the earliest delivery are specified, we cannot determine which to prioritize, which may lead to communication or order processing being put on hold due to busy periods.
[Regarding Sold Out Items]
*Our store sells products both in physical stores and on multiple online shops. Orders may be placed from each shop during the closure period.
Inventory is not linked across shops, so even if an item is out of stock in reality, it may still be available for order in another shop.
Orders will be prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the earliest order time.
Therefore, if multiple customers order the same item, we may contact you to inform you that the item is out of stock.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Please note that orders may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, such as payment failing for the prioritized first-come, first-served customer, causing inventory to become available again.
In such cases, we do not notify customers who were previously informed of out-of-stock items that the item is back in stock.
