We have recently confirmed that products are being sold on auction sites and flea market apps using our product images without permission.

All product images published by our store are photographs taken within our store, and we have all products currently for sale in stock.
Even if you find a page displaying the same product images as ours, please exercise extreme caution and refrain from placing orders for products where it is unclear if ISEYA is the seller.
While we report such pages to the respective site administrators as soon as we discover them, page deletion may not occur immediately or at all.

Please be extremely careful, as we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from orders unrelated to our store, such as those placed on fake websites or involving unauthorized use of images.
Our store is unable to address any damages incurred. Therefore, if you should unfortunately fall victim, we kindly ask you to consult with the administrators of the respective sites or the consumer center.
