・Please refrain from requesting discounts or negotiations regarding this campaign at our affiliated shops or physical stores.
・Order processing and inquiry responses for the online shop are generally handled from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on weekdays.
Due to staffing considerations, please contact us via email or ISEYA official LINE, rather than by phone, both during and outside of these hours.
・Our products are sold at physical stores and on multiple shopping sites, so there may be instances where product stock status is not reflected at the time of your order. Therefore, orders may be accepted even when an item is actually out of stock. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you after the start of our mail order department's business hours; we kindly ask for your understanding.
Additionally, if you order multiple items at once and some are out of stock, we will confirm whether it is acceptable to ship only the items that are in stock. Shipments will be prepared once we receive your reply, so they will be on hold temporarily. If you receive a confirmation request from us, please reply as soon as possible.
・If you wish to pick up items at the store, please make an appointment in advance. The store and online shop are separate departments with different business hours, so please understand that it may take more time and communication than usual to process your request. Please also note that even if you use store pickup during the free shipping campaign, we cannot refund the shipping cost. Thank you for your understanding.

Even if you visit the physical store without receiving a notification from us regarding the pick-up date, there is a possibility that we may not be able to hand over your item on your desired date or may not even be aware of your order. The physical store and online shop have partially different business days, so customers who placed orders through the online shop will receive an email confirming the pick-up date. Please ensure you visit after the confirmed pick-up date.
