◆Regarding in-store pickup
Please make an appointment in advance. As the store and online shop are separate departments with different business hours, please note that it may take more time and effort to respond to you than usual. Thank you for your understanding.
*On weekends, holidays, and after business hours on Fridays, we are unable to confirm or reply to orders and inquiries until the start of business on the next business day.
If you visit our physical store without receiving notification from us regarding the possible pickup date, there is a possibility that we may not be able to hand over your product on your desired date, or that we may not be aware of your order. As the business days of the physical store and the online shop differ in some respects, customers who place orders through the online shop will receive an email notification regarding the possible pickup date. Please ensure you visit after the confirmed pickup date.
◆Regarding Delivery
*Accidents may occur due to delivery companies, multiple malls operated by our company, or weather conditions. We strive for prompt service, but depending on the situation, delivery may not be on the desired date or time. If you have a specific date and time for use, we recommend specifying an arrival date with some leeway, such as arriving a few days in advance.
