◆Regarding in-store pickup
Please be sure to make an appointment in advance. The store and the online shop are separate departments with different business hours, so please understand that it may take more time than usual to respond to your inquiries and communicate with you. Please note that we may not be able to confirm or reply to orders or inquiries until the start of business on the next business day after weekends, holidays, and the end of business on Fridays.
If you visit our physical store without receiving a confirmation of the pick-up date from us, we may not be able to hand over the product on your desired date, or we may not be aware of your order. Since the business days of the physical store and the online shop differ in some respects, customers who place orders on the online shop will be sent an email confirming the pick-up date, so please be sure to visit after the confirmed pick-up date.
◆Regarding delivery
Please note that accidents may occur due to delivery companies, multiple malls operated by our company, or weather conditions. While we strive to provide prompt service, there may be cases where delivery cannot be made on your desired date or time depending on the situation. If you have a specific date and time for use, we recommend allowing ample time for delivery, such as setting the arrival date a few days in advance.
