*Please note that the timing of order confirmation is at the discretion of the store.
*Orders for which the order confirmation email was not sent by May 1, and orders received during the Golden Week holiday period, will be shipped sequentially from May 8 onwards, but we cannot guarantee shipping on May 8.
*We cannot accommodate urgent requests. Even if you include such requests in the remarks section or make additional inquiries, we may not be able to respond, or there may be significant delays due to holding the order.
【Regarding Order/Inquiry Response】
*Orders will be accepted 24 hours a day during the above closing period, but responses will only be made during our business days and hours.
・We will not be able to reply to inquiries during the closing period, so we cannot guarantee against items selling out while waiting for a reply. If you have any questions, please inquire as soon as possible.
・Regarding inquiries, please contact us via email or ISEYA official LINE. (*When inquiring about products, please be sure to include the product number. If you have multiple questions, please list them together.)
We will not be able to respond to any requests during the closing period, which may cause inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your understanding.
【Regarding Product Shipping】
*Regarding shipping before the holiday, it will be limited to items for which orders/payments are confirmed by 12:00 PM on Friday, May 1. After that, we will respond according to the schedule above. Please note that even if you place an order by Friday, May 1, depending on the payment method or card company's attribute confirmation, the order may not be confirmed before Golden Week. * "Order confirmed" does not mean that the customer has completed the order, but rather that our store has completed inventory confirmation, attribute confirmation for credit card payments, deposit confirmation for bank transfers, and other payment method confirmations, and the order is ready for shipping.
・We do not offer same-day shipping. If you wish to have your order shipped before the holiday, please complete your order and payment by at least Thursday, April 30, to allow ample time for delivery.
During Golden Week, a large number of orders are expected every year, and delays in collection and delivery are anticipated.
Please note that we may not be able to deliver on your requested delivery date.

Even if you specify a delivery date that cannot be selected in the remarks section, it will be considered invalid and your order will proceed. Please understand this in advance.
If you wish for the fastest delivery, please place your order without specifying a delivery date.
If a delivery date is specified and "fastest delivery" is also noted, we may not be able to determine which to prioritize, and there is a possibility that communication or order processing may be put on hold due to busy periods.
【Regarding Out of Stock Items】
*Our store sells products both in physical stores and on multiple online shops. Orders may be received from various shops during the holiday period.
Since inventory is not linked across each shop, even if an item is actually out of stock, it may still be available for order on another shop.
Orders will be prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the earliest order date and time.
Therefore, if multiple customers order the same product, we may contact you regarding an out-of-stock situation.
We apologize for any inconvenience or trouble this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Please note that orders may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, such as the payment of a prioritized customer not going through, and the item may become available again.
In such cases, we will not notify customers who were previously informed of an out-of-stock situation that the item is back in stock.
