We kindly ask that you make an appointment in advance. Please be aware that the physical store and online shop are separate departments with different business hours, so it may take longer to respond and communicate than usual. Thank you for your understanding.
*Orders and inquiries received on weekends, holidays, and after business hours on Fridays cannot be confirmed or responded to until the next business day.
If you visit the physical store before receiving notification from us about the pick-up availability date, we may not be able to hand over the product on your desired date or may not even be aware of your order. Since the physical store and online shop have partially different business days, customers who place orders on the online shop will receive an email with the pick-up availability date, so please ensure you visit after that date.
