◆Regarding out-of-stock items
*Our products are also sold at physical stores and multiple shopping sites, so the stock status may not be reflected in real-time depending on the timing of your order.
Therefore, we may accept orders even if the item is actually out of stock.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you after the start of business hours of the mail order division. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

◆Regarding in-store pickup
*If you wish to pick up in-store, please make an appointment in advance. It takes at least one day for orders placed online to be confirmed. The physical store and the online shop are separate departments with different business hours, so it may take longer than usual to respond to your request and communicate. Please be aware of this.
We cannot accommodate same-day pickup for orders.
*Orders and inquiries received on weekends, holidays, and after business hours on Fridays cannot be confirmed or responded to until the start of business on the next business day.

・The operating staff for the store and online shop are different, and their business days may also differ. Therefore, even if you visit before receiving notification from us that the item is ready for pickup, we may not be able to hand over the item on your desired day, or we may not even be aware of your order.


・We will send you an email notifying you of the available pickup date, so please ensure you visit after that date.


・This campaign is primarily intended for orders, payments, and shipping completed within the online shop. There will be no discount on shipping fees even for in-store pickups.

・Basic responses will be made during business hours from Monday to Friday. However, during holiday periods, we will not be able to process inquiries or orders. We will not be able to confirm or respond to orders and inquiries until the start of business on Monday after the holiday period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

◆Other notes                            *Sale discounts and point usage cannot be combined. Please use your points for personal or gift purchases during non-sale periods.
