・Orders and shipments for the online shop are handled from 12:00 to 18:00 on weekdays.

・Our products are sold at physical stores and multiple shopping sites, so the stock status of products may not be reflected at the time of your order. Therefore, we may accept orders even if the product is actually out of stock. In the event of a stockout, we will contact you after the start of business hours of the mail order division, so we kindly ask for your understanding.
Also, if you order multiple products at once and some products are out of stock, we will confirm if it is acceptable to ship only the products that are in stock. Shipment preparations will proceed once we receive your response, so the shipment will be on hold temporarily. If you receive a confirmation message from us, please respond as soon as possible.
・If you wish to pick up your order at the store, please be sure to make an appointment in advance. The store and the online shop are separate departments with different business hours, so it may take more time and effort for communication than usual to handle your request. We appreciate your understanding.
*On weekends, holidays, and after business hours on Fridays, we will not be able to confirm or respond to orders and inquiries until the start of business on the next business day.
Even if you visit the physical store on your desired date without having received notification from us regarding the possible pickup date, there is a possibility that we will not be able to hand over the product on your desired date, or that we are not aware of your order itself. As the physical store and the online shop have partially different business days, customers who place an order via the online shop will receive an email notifying them of the possible pickup date. Therefore, please be sure to visit after the notified pickup date.
