*ISEYA ONLINE accepts orders even during the holiday period.
*We will not be able to ship or respond to inquiries during the holiday period. We will check and respond sequentially after the start of business, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

【About product shipping】
*Shipping for the current year will be for orders confirmed by December 24th (Tuesday).
"Orders confirmed by December 24th (Tuesday)" means that for credit card payments, the attribute check has been completed; for bank transfers, payment has been confirmed; and for other payment methods, the order confirmation and payment confirmation email has been sent by our shop by the 24th. Please note that an order is not confirmed by simply completing the order by the 24th.
Orders confirmed after December 26th (Thursday) (as the 25th is a holiday) and orders placed during the holiday period will be checked and shipped sequentially from January 7th (Tuesday). We reiterate that as responses will be sequential, we cannot guarantee shipping on the business start date.
*Customers who wish to have their orders shipped within the current year are recommended to place their orders by December 20th (Friday). (In any case, we cannot guarantee shipping within the current year.)
【About desired delivery dates for orders during the period】 *For desired delivery dates for shipments in the new year, we will, at our discretion, allow you to specify a delivery date from January 14th (Tuesday) onwards. *Orders received during the holiday period will be shipped no earlier than January 7th (Tuesday). Delays in shipping and other responses are expected due to increased volume and orders.
Even if you specify a date outside the available period in the remarks section, the delivery will be made with 'no response, no specified date'. *Please refrain from specifying delivery requests such as 'shortest possible delivery' in the remarks section.
*Delays in collection and delivery are expected during the New Year period, so delivery may not be possible on the desired date. Please be aware of this in advance.
※During the holiday period, due to an increase in orders, confirmation of inquiry details may be postponed. If requests such as inquiries or cancellations are received after an order is placed, the product may be shipped before a response or action is taken on the inquiry. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted for any reason, so please understand this before placing your order.
【Notes on credit card payments】
*For credit card payments, we conduct "attribute verification" for all customers. (※For details, please refer to the shopping guide.) Please be sure to enter the name, address, and phone number registered with your credit card company when entering your order information.
If the registered information does not match, shipping may be put on hold, and it may take a longer time to ship, so please be aware of this in advance.
Also, information regarding shipping holds will be sent via email, so please be sure to enter an email address you use regularly and check for emails from our shop.
【Notes on bank transfers】
*For bank transfers, shipments within the current year will be limited to orders for which payment has been confirmed by noon on December 24th (Wednesday). If you are unable to make payment within the period or if payment cannot be confirmed, we will process it sequentially after the New Year.
*Normally, the payment deadline from the time you receive the transfer information is within 3 days, but if the deadline passes by December 24th, your order will be cancelled. If the deadline falls after the 24th, the deadline may be extended until after the New Year. Please be sure to check the email for the payment deadline.
【For customers who placed an order on ISEYA ONLINE and wish to pick it up in-store】
*If you wish to pick up your order in-store, please contact 'ISEYA ONLINE' in the remarks section of your order or via prior inquiry to confirm if it is possible to accommodate your desired date. Please note that it takes at least one day for an order placed on ISEYA ONLINE to be confirmed. Additionally, our store and online shop have different business hours and days, especially during regular business hours and the New Year holiday period, and are managed by separate departments. While it may take more time and communication than usual to process your request, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. If a request that cannot be accommodated due to scheduling is noted in the remarks section, we may, at our discretion, cancel the order. Please also note that we cannot offer same-day pickup for orders placed.
*Please note that the staff and business days for the physical store and online shop are different. If you visit without prior communication from us regarding the pick-up date, we may not be aware of your order and will not be able to hand over the product. Therefore, please ensure that you have confirmed the pick-up date and time with both parties and completed all communication before visiting.
*Originally, this system was designed for online orders, payments, and shipping completions. There will be no discount on shipping fees even for in-store pickups.
*Our basic support is available during weekday business hours, Monday to Friday, but during the holiday period, we cannot handle any inquiries or post-order processing. Also, since the start dates of business for the physical store and online shop after the holidays are different, we appreciate your understanding when placing orders or making inquiries.
【Other Important Notes】
*While we have set the closing dates for year-end orders as stated above, we will make every effort to ship within the current year.
If you are placing an order with the expectation of shipping in the new year, please specify your desired arrival date and time.
◆Earliest shipping date for bank transfers: The next business day after payment confirmation
*Please note that on weekends and holidays, it may take some time for your payment to be deposited into our account. We cannot provide information on when the deposit will be made, as it depends on your financial institution.
◆Earliest shipping date for credit card payments and Pay series payments: The next business day after attribute verification is completed and the order is confirmed.
*Please note that attribute verification may take several days due to credit card company business days.
Also, there is a possibility of delivery delays due to weather conditions or the busy period of delivery companies.
If you are in a hurry or wish to specify a date and time, we apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you consider the above information and place your order as early as possible.
We cannot accommodate any special requests for urgent delivery.

【About out of stock items】
*Our store sells products both in physical stores and multiple online shops. Orders may be placed at each store during the holiday period.
Inventory may not be linked across each online shop, so even if an item is out of stock, it may still appear available for order on another shop.
Orders will be prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the earliest order date and time.
Therefore, if multiple orders are placed for the same product, we may contact you to inform you that it is out of stock.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we appreciate your understanding that there is a possibility of not being able to purchase the item when proceeding with your order.
Please note that if a customer who was prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis cancels their order due to unavoidable circumstances, the item may become available again.
In such cases, we do not notify customers who were previously informed of the out-of-stock status that the item is back in stock.
