【ISEYA】Obon Holiday Closure [August 9 - August 17]

Please note that ISEYA ONLINE will be closed for the Obon holiday during the following period.

We kindly ask for your understanding and to confirm the holiday period in advance.

*Please note that the timing of order finalization is at the discretion of the store.
*Orders for which the order confirmation email has not been sent by August 7th, and orders received during the GW holiday period, will be shipped sequentially from August 19th onwards.
*We are unable to accommodate urgent requests. Even if you include such requests in the remarks section or contact us via additional inquiries, we may not be able to respond, or there may be significant delays in our response due to the request being put on hold.

[Regarding Order/Inquiry Handling]
・We accept orders 24 hours a day during the holiday period, but we will only respond during our business days and hours.
・We will not be able to reply to inquiries during the holiday period, so we cannot guarantee against items selling out while waiting for a response. If you have any questions, please inquire as soon as possible.
・For inquiries, please use email or the official ISEYA LINE. (*When inquiring about products, please be sure to include the product number. If you have multiple questions, please list them all together.)

We will not be able to respond to any requests during the holiday period, which may cause inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your understanding.

[Regarding Product Shipping]
・Regarding shipping before the holiday, we will only ship items for which orders/payments are finalized by 10:00 AM on Friday, August 8th. After that, we will follow the schedule above. Please note that even if you place an order by Friday, August 8th, it may not be finalized depending on the payment method or card company's attribute check.                                    * "Order finalization" does not mean the customer has completed their order. It refers to the state where our store has confirmed stock, performed attribute checks for credit card payments, confirmed deposits for bank transfers, and verified payment methods, making the item ready for shipping.

・We do not offer same-day shipping. If you wish to have your order shipped before the long holiday, please complete your order and payment by at least Thursday, August 7th, to allow ample time for delivery.
During the Obon period, we typically receive a large number of orders, and delays in collection and delivery are expected.
Please note that we may not be able to deliver on your requested delivery date.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Even if you write a date that cannot be selected as a desired delivery date in the remarks column, we will proceed with the order as invalid, so please be aware of this in advance.
If you wish for the fastest delivery, please place your order without specifying a desired delivery date.
If both a desired delivery date is specified and "fastest delivery" is requested, we may not be able to determine which to prioritize, and communication or order processing may be put on hold due to busy periods.

[Regarding Sold Out Items]
*Our store sells products both in physical stores and multiple online shops in Japan and overseas. Orders may be placed from each shop during the holiday period.

Although stock is linked across all shops, due to time lags in automatic processing, an item may appear to be available for order in one shop even if it is actually out of stock in another.
Orders will be prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the earliest order date and time.
Therefore, if multiple customers order the same product, we may contact you to inform you that it is out of stock.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

In some unavoidable cases, such as when payment from a prioritized first-come, first-served customer fails, the order may be canceled and the stock may become available again.
Even in such cases, we do not notify customers who were previously informed of out-of-stock items that the stock has become available again.
We appreciate your understanding.

*We will not be able to respond to any requests during the holiday period.When placing an order or making an inquiry, please allow ample time in your schedule.Also,please make inquiries and place orders after thoroughly understanding the contents of our announcements. We may not be able to respond to complaints regarding points that are not understood, even after we have responded in accordance with the information provided in our announcements. Please be aware of this in advance.
