◆Regarding out-of-stock items
* Our products are also sold at physical stores and on multiple shopping sites, so the stock status of products may not be reflected depending on the timing of your order.

◆Regarding in-store pickup
* If you wish to pick up your order in-store, please be sure to make an appointment in advance. Please note that the store and the online shop are separate departments with different business hours, so it may take longer than usual to respond and communicate with you, but please understand this in advance.
* From the end of business on Friday until the start of business on the next business day (Monday in the case of a weekday), we will not be able to confirm or reply to orders or inquiries.

・We will send you an email notifying you of the pickup availability date, so please be sure to visit us after the pickup availability date.
