◆ Regarding out of stock items
* Our products are sold at our physical store and on multiple shopping sites, so the stock status of products may not be reflected at the time of your order.
Therefore, we may accept orders even if the product is actually out of stock.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you after the start of business of the mail-order department, so we ask for your understanding.
◆ Regarding in-store pickup
* If you wish to pick up your order in-store, please make an appointment in advance. Please note that the store and online shop are separate departments and have different business hours, so it may take longer than usual to respond and communicate with you, but we ask for your understanding.
* If you place an order online and wish to pick it up in-store, payment cannot be made at the store.
* From the end of business on Friday until the start of business on the next business day (Monday), we will not be able to confirm or reply to orders or inquiries.
* Basic responses will be made during business hours from Monday to Friday (weekdays). We will not be able to confirm or reply to orders or inquiries from the end of business on Friday (weekdays) until the start of business on the following Monday (weekdays).
* The store and online shop have different operating staff and may have different business days, so if you visit us before receiving notification from us about the pickup date, we may not be able to hand over the product on your desired date or may not even be aware of your order.
* We will send you an email with the available pickup date, so please visit us on or after the available pickup date.
