*The color and size of the gift wrapping bag will be randomly selected by our store. We cannot accommodate customer requests for specific colors or types. Also, wrapping bags are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will end once supplies run out. Please be aware of this in advance.
◆Regarding in-store pickup
Please make an appointment in advance. The store and online shop are separate departments with different business hours, so please understand that it may take more time and communication than usual to respond to your request.
*After business hours on weekends, holidays, and Fridays, we will not be able to confirm or reply to orders or inquiries until the start of business on the next business day.
If you visit the physical store without receiving notification from us regarding the pick-up date, there is a possibility that we may not be able to hand over the product on your desired date, or that we may not even be aware of your order. Since the business days of the physical store and the online shop differ in part, customers who place orders on the online shop will receive an email notifying them of the pick-up date. Please be sure to visit the store only after the designated pick-up date.
