・You cannot specify the type. Also, we cannot accept gift wrapping for novelty items.
・This is a campaign exclusively for "ISEYA ONLINE (mail order)" and is not implemented at physical stores. Please refrain from inquiries regarding negotiations for application to online shops or physical stores.
・Online shop orders and shipping are handled from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on weekdays.

・Our products are sold at physical stores and multiple shopping sites, so the stock status of products may not be reflected depending on the timing of your order. Therefore, we may accept orders even when there is actually no stock. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you after the mail-order business department opens, so we kindly ask for your understanding.
Also, if you order multiple products at once and some are out of stock, we will confirm if it is acceptable to ship only the products that are in stock. Shipping preparations will begin after we receive your response, so the shipment will be on hold temporarily. If you receive a confirmation from us, please respond as soon as possible.
・If you wish to pick up items at the store, please be sure to make an appointment in advance. The store and online shop are separate departments with different business hours, so please understand that it may take more time and effort for correspondence than usual.
*Orders and inquiries cannot be confirmed or replied to on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, and after business hours on Fridays, until the start of business on the next business day.
If you visit the physical store without receiving notification from us about the pick-up date, there is a possibility that we may not be able to hand over the product on your desired date, or we may not even be aware of your order. Since the physical store and online shop have partially different business days, customers who place orders on the online shop will receive an email notifying them of the pick-up date, so please be sure to visit after the confirmed pick-up date.
