◆Regarding out-of-stock items

In the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you after the start of business hours of our mail order department. We apologize for any inconvenience.
◆Holds and Price Negotiations

◆In-store pickup
※If you wish to pick up in-store, please be sure to make an appointment in advance. The physical store and online shop are separate departments with different business hours, so it may take more time and communication than usual to respond to your request. Therefore, we may not be able to accommodate urgent requests, and we ask for your understanding.
※Orders and inquiries cannot be confirmed or responded to on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, or after business hours on Fridays, until the start of business on the next business day.
・Basic support will be provided during business hours from Monday to Friday on weekdays, and inquiries or post-order processing on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays cannot be handled at all. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we will not be able to confirm or respond to orders or inquiries until the start of business on Monday after the holiday.
・Please note that the operating staff for the store and online shop are different and may have different business days. Therefore, even if you visit on your desired date without receiving notification from us about the pickup availability date, we may not be able to hand over the product or may not be aware of your order at all.
・We will send you an email with the pickup availability date, so please make sure to visit after the confirmed pickup date.
