◆Regarding in-store pickup
Please make an appointment in advance. The store and online shop are separate departments with different business hours, so please understand that it may take longer than usual to respond and communicate.
※Orders and inquiries received on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and after business hours on Fridays cannot be confirmed or replied to until the start of the next business day.
If you visit the physical store without receiving a notification from us that your item is ready for pickup, there is a possibility that your item may not be available on your desired date, or that we may not even be aware of your order. Since the physical store and online shop have partially different business days, customers who place orders on the online shop will receive an email notifying them of the pickup availability date. Please ensure you visit after the confirmed pickup date.
◆Regarding delivery
※Accidents may occur due to delivery companies, multiple malls operated by our company, or weather conditions. While we strive to respond promptly, there may be cases where delivery does not occur on the desired date or time. If you have a specific date and time for use, we recommend specifying an arrival date with ample leeway, such as a few days in advance.

※We cannot guarantee compensation in cases where an order could not be completed within the campaign period due to factors such as our business days, business hours, or staffing availability, resulting in no response to your inquiry from us.
