◆Regarding out-of-stock items

*If you wish to pick up your order in-store, please make an appointment in advance. The store and online shop are separate departments with different business hours, so it will take longer than usual to process your request and communicate with you. *On Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and after business hours on Fridays, we are unable to confirm or reply to orders and inquiries until the start of business on the next business day.

・Basic support is provided during business hours from Monday to Friday on weekdays. We are unable to process any inquiries or orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation as we will not be able to confirm or reply to orders and inquiries until the start of business on Monday after the holiday period.
