ISEYA ONLINE will be closed for the New Year holidays and shipping will be as follows.

【About product shipping】
*Shipments within the year will be for orders confirmed by December 25 (Thursday).
"Order confirmed by December 25 (Thursday)" means that, for credit card payments, the attribute check has been completed, for bank transfers, payment has been confirmed, and similarly for other payment methods, the order confirmation and payment confirmation email has been sent by our store by the 25th. Please note that an order is not considered confirmed just by completing the order by the 25th.
Orders confirmed after December 26 (Friday) and orders placed during the holiday period will be shipped sequentially from January 6 (Tuesday). Although we are reiterating this, please note that shipping will be done sequentially, and we cannot guarantee shipment on the day business resumes.
*For customers who wish to receive their orders within the year, we recommend placing your order with ample time by December 24 (Wednesday). (In any case, it depends on the payment completion status, so we cannot guarantee shipment within the year.)
【About desired delivery dates for orders during the period】 *While desired delivery dates for shipments after the new year can be selected, since shipments will generally resume on January 6, we will only be able to accommodate requests for delivery from January 10 (Sat) onwards. *Orders received during the holiday period will be shipped no earlier than January 6 (Tue). Delays in shipping and other services are expected due to increased volume and orders.
If you specify a date outside the available period in the remarks section, it will be delivered as 'not applicable, no specific date'. *Please refrain from adding shipping requests such as 'shortest delivery desired' in the remarks section.
*Due to the New Year holidays, delays in collection and delivery are expected, so we may not be able to deliver on the desired delivery date. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
*During the holiday period, due to an increase in orders, confirmation of inquiry details may be postponed. If we receive requests for inquiries or cancellations after an order is placed, the product may be shipped before we can respond to your inquiry or process your request. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted for any reason, so we ask for your understanding before placing your order.
【Notes on Credit Card Payments】
*For credit card payments, we conduct "attribute verification" for all customers. (Please see the shopping guide for details.) Please be sure to enter the name, address, and phone number registered with your credit card company in the orderer information field.
If the registered information does not match, shipping may be put on hold, and it may take longer to ship, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.
Also, information regarding shipping holds will be sent via email, so please be sure to enter the email address you usually use and check for emails from our store.
【Notes on Bank Transfers】
*For bank transfers, shipments within the year will be limited to orders for which payment has been confirmed by 12:00 PM on December 25 (Thursday). If you are unable to comply within the period or if confirmation cannot be obtained, processing will be done sequentially after the new year.
※Normally, the deadline for payment after receiving bank transfer details is within 3 days, but if the deadline passes by December 25th, the order will be canceled. If the deadline comes after December 25th, the deadline may be extended until after the New Year. The payment deadline will be notified by email, so please be sure to check it.
[When a customer ordering from ISEYA ONLINE requests in-store pickup]
*If you wish to pick up in-store, please inquire with 'ISEYA ONLINE' in the remarks section of your order or via pre-inquiry to confirm if it is chronologically possible. It takes at least one day for an order to be confirmed after it is placed with ISEYA ONLINE. Also, the business hours and days of the store and online shop differ during normal business days and year-end/New Year holidays, and they are separate departments. We apologize for the extra time and communication required compared to normal operations, but we ask for your understanding and acceptance of the contents in advance. If a request that is difficult to accommodate chronologically is written in the remarks section, we may, at our discretion, cancel the order. Please note that we cannot provide same-day pickup after your order.
*As the store and online shop have different staff and business days, even if you visit without prior notification of a pickup date from us, we may not be aware of your order and will not be able to hand over the product. Therefore, please ensure that both parties have confirmed the pickup date and time and that communication has been completed before visiting.
*Originally, this plan assumes order and payment completion and shipping within the online shop. There will be no discount on shipping fees even for in-store pickup.
*Our basic response time is during weekdays, Monday to Friday business hours, but during the holiday period, no inquiries or post-order processing will be conducted. Also, as the store and online shop have different business start dates after the holidays, we would appreciate your understanding when making orders or inquiries.
【Other Notes】
*While we have set the above deadlines for year-end orders, we will make every effort to ship them within the year if possible.
If you place an order assuming it will be shipped after the new year, please specify your desired arrival date and time.
◆Earliest shipping date for bank transfers: Next business day after payment confirmation
※On weekends and holidays, it may take time for your payment to be credited to our account after your transfer/payment. We cannot determine when the payment will be credited as it varies depending on your financial institution.
◆Earliest shipping date for credit card payments and Pay series payments: Next business day after attribute verification completion and order confirmation
※It may take several days for attribute verification to be completed due to the operating days of the credit card company.
Additionally, there is a possibility of delays in arrival due to weather conditions or peak periods for delivery companies.
If you are in a hurry or wish to specify a date and time for delivery, we kindly ask you to consider the above and place your order as early as possible.
We cannot accommodate any special urgent requests.

【About Out-of-Stock Items】
※Our store sells products both at physical locations and through multiple online shops. Orders may be placed at each store during the holiday period.
Inventory may not be linked across all online shops, so even if an item is actually out of stock, it may still appear available for order on another shop.
Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, prioritizing customers with earlier order times.
Therefore, if multiple orders are placed for the same product, we may contact you to inform you that it is out of stock.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we appreciate your understanding of the possibility of unavailability before proceeding with your order.
Please note that if a customer prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis cancels their order due to unavoidable circumstances, the item may become available again.
In such cases, we do not notify customers who were previously informed of an out-of-stock item that it has become available again.
