◆Regarding out of stock items
※Our products are also sold in physical stores and multiple shopping sites, so the stock status of products may not be reflected depending on the timing of your order.
Therefore, we may accept orders even if there is no actual stock.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you after the start of business hours of our mail-order department. We appreciate your understanding.
◆Regarding in-store pickup
※If you wish to pick up in-store, please be sure to make an appointment in advance. The store and online shop are separate departments with different business hours, so please understand that it may take more time than usual for us to respond and communicate with you.
※From the end of business on Friday until the start of business on the next business day (Monday, if a weekday) following a weekend or holiday, we will not be able to confirm or reply to orders and inquiries.
・Our basic response hours are Monday to Friday during business hours. From the end of business on Friday until the start of business on Monday (if a weekday) of the following week, we will not be able to confirm or reply to orders and inquiries.
・The store and online shop have different operating staff and may have different business days. Therefore, if you visit the store before receiving a notification from us regarding the available pickup date, we may not be able to hand over your product on your desired date or may not even be aware of your order.
・We will send you an email notifying you of the available pickup date, so please be sure to visit the store after the confirmed pickup date.
