Notification regarding Obon Holiday Closure and Order/Shipping Procedures


Thank you for always using ISEYA ONLINE.

ISEYA ONLINE and our physical stores will have the Obon holiday period as follows.
Orders and shipments will also be handled as described below.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.


[Obon Holiday Period] Online Store: August 11 (Fri) - August 15 (Tue)

Store: August 12 (Sat) - August 15 (Tue)


[Business Resumption Date] August 16 (Wed)

The online shop accepts orders 24/7.
Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries by phone, so please do not call.
Please inquire using the "Contact by Email" button on the product page.
We will reply sequentially starting from the business resumption date.
Please be sure to include the product number in your inquiry.
*During the holiday period, the number of orders and inquiries will increase, so delays in responses are expected.
*Since we operate with a small staff, we would appreciate it if you could contact us by email as much as possible.
*During this period, there is a possibility that items you inquire about may become out of stock before we can confirm and reply to your inquiry.We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

[Regarding Product Shipping]
Shipping before the Obon holiday period will be for orders confirmed by August 8 (Tue).
Currently, it is taking a very long time to get the results of credit card attribute checks. If you pay by credit card and place your order by August 3 (Thu), there is a high probability that it can be shipped before Obon.
Orders confirmed after August 8 (Tue) during our business hours before the long holiday will be shipped sequentially from August 16 (Wed). Please check the schedule and place your order accordingly.

[Regarding Desired Delivery Date for Orders During the Period]
Orders received during the holiday period will be shipped no earlier than August 17 (Thu), but we cannot guarantee shipping on August 17 (Thu). Delays in shipping and other operations are expected.
If there are unclear parts in the remarks column of your order, further delays may occur due to communication with the customer for confirmation. Please be aware of this in advance.
*Due to circumstances such as long holidays or weather, there may be delays in collection and delivery, so we may not be able to deliver on your desired delivery date. Please be aware of this in advance.

[※Notes on Credit Card Payments※]
When paying by credit card, please be sure to enter the name, address, and phone number registered with your card company in the orderer information field.
We will perform an attribute check, so if there is any discrepancy between the information in your order and the information registered with your card company, shipping may be suspended. Please be aware of this in advance. Currently, it may take several days to get the results of the attribute check. We recommend placing your order as early as possible.

Also, notifications regarding shipping suspensions will be sent by email, so please be sure to enter an email address you use regularly and check for emails from us.
Please refrain from complaints such as "I didn't check my email."

[※Notes on Bank Transfers※]
Our last shipment for the year will be for orders where payment is confirmed by August 8 (Tue).

[※Other Notes※]
*Although we have set the closing dates for orders during the Obon period as stated above, we will make every effort to ship before Obon.If you are placing an order assuming it will be shipped after Obon, please be sure to specify "Ship after Obon" in the remarks column.
If you are in a hurry or wish to specify a delivery date, please consider the above information and place your order as early as possible.

[Regarding Out of Stock Items]
*Our store sells products both in physical stores and multiple online shops. Orders may be placed at each store during the holiday period.
Inventory is not linked between each online shop, so even if an item is actually out of stock, it may still be available for order on another shop.
Orders will be prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis, with earlier order dates taking precedence.
Therefore, if multiple orders are placed for the same product, we may contact you regarding an out-of-stock situation.
We apologize for any inconvenience or trouble this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Please note that orders may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, such as when the customer who placed the order first was unable to complete payment, and the item may become available again.
In such cases, we do not notify customers who were previously informed of out-of-stock status when inventory becomes available again.
We appreciate your understanding.

[Inquiries We Cannot Answer]
Our store does not offer individual discounts outside of sale prices during sale periods. Please refrain from inquiries as we cannot consider them.
In the unlikely event that you inquire about a discount, the response will be "no discount is possible." While we will do our best to respond, such inquiries will be given lower priority.
