◆Regarding out-of-stock items
*Our products are sold at physical stores and on multiple shopping sites, so there may be cases where the product's stock status is not reflected at the time of your order.

◆Regarding in-store pickup
*If you wish to pick up your order in-store, please be sure to make an appointment in advance. It takes at least one day for orders placed on our online shop to be confirmed. The in-store and online shop departments are separate and have different business hours, so it may take longer than usual to process your order and communicate with you. Please be aware of this in advance.
Same-day pickup after placing an order is not possible.
*After business hours on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and Fridays, we will not be able to confirm or respond to orders or inquiries until the start of business on the next business day.
