◆Regarding in-store pickup
※If you wish to pick up your order in-store, please make an appointment in advance. The store and online shop are separate departments with different business hours, so it may take longer than usual to respond and communicate. We appreciate your understanding.
※From the end of business on Friday until the start of business on the next business day (Monday, if a weekday) following a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, we will not be able to confirm or reply to orders or inquiries.
・Basic support is available during business hours, Monday to Friday. From the end of business on Friday until the start of business on the following Monday (if a weekday), we will not be able to confirm or reply to orders or inquiries.
・The operating staff for the store and the online shop are different, and their business days may also differ. Therefore, if you visit the store before receiving notification from us about the pick-up availability date, we may not be able to hand over the product on your desired date or may not even be aware of your order.
・We will send you an email with the pick-up availability date, so please ensure you visit after that date.
