◆Regarding in-store pickup
Please make an appointment in advance. The store and online shop are separate departments with different business hours, so please understand that it may take longer to respond and communicate than usual.
※Orders and inquiries received after business hours on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays cannot be confirmed or replied to until the start of the next business day.
Even if you visit the physical store without receiving notification from us regarding the pick-up date, it is possible that we may not be able to hand over the product on your desired date or may not even be aware of your order. The physical store and online shop have partially different business days, so customers who place orders through the online shop will receive an email notifying them of the pick-up date. Please ensure you visit after the confirmed pick-up date.

While we strive for prompt service, delivery may not always be on the requested date or time depending on the situation.
